We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All parts and accessories must be included

  • Products must be free of pet hair, stains, or signs of wear

Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


How to Start a Return

Returns without authorization may not be processed.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Exchanges
